| Enter your Office Team in a League this Summer |
|
Would you like to enter an office team in a Try Tag Rugby league? Are you trying to convince your work mates that Tag Rugby is fun? Well Try Tag Rugby are happy to offer free lunch time (or after work) taster sessions for anyone looking to enter an office team in one of our leagues. We have previously run very successful sessions with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Barts Cancer Research, Aviva and a number of other organisations. Playing Tag Rugby with your work colleagues is a great way to get to know those you work with outside of your work environment. To help you generate interest at work in forming a Tag Rugby team we have produced a customisable poster which can be obtained by sending a request to info@trytagrugby.com.
Ian Kerr from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office was very pleased with the success of the free taster session. "Having played Tag Rugby myself before, I knew my work place would really enjoy the game if they had a chance to play it! Therefore, Phill Browne (from Try Tag Rugby) came down one lunch time to do a taster session with a variety of my colleagues, for some of whom it was the first time they were picking up a rugby ball! Having gone through the basics, we then proceeded to play a game and within twenty minutes you could see that people were really starting to get into it! At the end of the game everybody walked off the pitch with a big smile and all the talk was of when the next game would be! We decided to enter the Rotherhithe league and the team is still going to this day. The great thing about Tag Rugby is that unlike most team games it is mostly played in the mixed format so my work place has been very keen to support the team as it can involve everybody." Please email us at info@trytagrugby.com to discuss a time and a place to run your session. |
