Free ladies' days are free ladies' coaching sessions put on by Try Tag Rugby so female players can work on their skills, increase their Rugby knowledge and most importantly, have a good time!
The ladies day sessions will include warm up drills, tagging drills, attack/defensive drills, line running, modified games and will finish off with an all ladies friendly match.
The sessions are open to female players of all abilities and Tag Rugby experience levels who want to improve their Tag Rugby skills. If numbers permit we will hold beginner and advanced coaching sessions at each ladies' day.
The team at Try Tag Rugby are pleased to announce the date for our two free ladies' days this year:
Balham (Tooting Bec Common) - Tuesday, the 9th April (6.45pm - 7.45pm)
Hyde Park - Tuesday, the 16th April (7pm - 8pm)
Both sessions will be taken by an experienced, friendly and welcoming Try Tag Rugby competition supervisor or representative player and will be able to answer any Tag Rugby specific questions that you may have.
