The London Try Tag Rugby All Star side has won the Cambridge Touch Rugby Festival hosted by the Cambridge University Rugby League & the RFL on 16th of October.

The Try Tag Rugby All Stars who were made up of Tag Rugby players playing in Try Tag Rugby competitions, decided to try their hand at Touch Rugby for the day. The All Stars went through the Cambridge Touch Rugby Festival undefeated and clinched the trophy with a 3-1 victory in the final.

Try Tag Rugby All Stars team member, Phillip Browne quoted, "We decided to give Touch Rugby a go as Try Tag Rugby are a sponsor of the Cambridge University Rugby League side and they hosted the event.

"We wanted to support the club and their event. Although, we prefer our Tag Rugby, we thoroughly enjoyed the day!"
