MORE FUN & MORE FRIENDS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE REFUND REQUEST

Terms and Conditions

• This money back guarantee refers to our offer of “More fun & More Friends in 60 days”. It is for individual entry only (not the entry of a whole team).

• The guarantee gives a refund on your first season. It does not imply you will play for free until you start having more fun & making more friends.

• The guarantee is only eligible for players in their first season or returning from a break of 15 months or more (based on the starting date of the last season participated in)

• You must make a reasonable effort to enjoy your experience with Try Tag Rugby. That includes attending at least 50% of scheduled matches & making a reasonable effort to socialise with your team at our after-match venue.

• You can join with friends or a partner to be placed in the same team, but you will become ineligible for the guarantee if you join with 5 or more friends and request to be in the same team as them.

• 60 days refers to the approximate length of a typical season. Your refund request can be submitted once your season has concluded, which could be more or less than 60 days. Season end dates are published on our website.

• Refunds will not be considered where we could not deliver our offer for reasons out of our control (ie you stopped playing due to a job in a different city)

• All refund requests must be submitted within 28 days of the end of your season.

• Your refund will cover the following;

  • your registration fee for playing

  • Any expense you had for Tag Rugby shorts or Tights bought prior to the season starting, up to the value of a pair of standard Tag Rugby shorts (£15). Note – you are able to order a more expensive shorts or tights product, but your refund for merchandise will be a maximum of £15.

  • Note the above will appear as two separate refunds on your bank statement, which may be on different days.

  • No other optional costs will be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds must strictly be submitted via the form below & will be processed via your local Try Tag Rugby region.

• We will aim to process all refunds within 7 working days. It will then take 5-10 days for our card payments provider to refund the funds back to you.
