Delivery Policy

 

DOMESTIC (Online shop)

UK delivery is charged at £4.95 for orders up to 999g* and £5.95 for over 1kg.

£4.95 (up to 999g) – These orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and you’ll receive a tracking details from Royal Mail and a two-hour time slot for your delivery.

£5.95 (1kg or more) – These orders are sent via DPD Next Day Tracked service. You will receive tracking and a two-hour time slot for your delivery.

*Orders containing a ball, regardless of the total weight of the order are sent DPD Next Day Tracked service.

DOMESTIC – Delivery time (Online shop)

Orders are dispatched next working day if placed before 2.00pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Our next day dispatch is a guide to when your order is dispatched and is not guaranteed particularly during busy periods.

Incorrect postal address used?
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct postal address is used. If you provide the incorrect address and your item/s isn’t delivered to you, we’re unable to provide a refund or resend the product. In most cases the item is eventually returned to us, at which point we’ll refund the cost of goods (not including postage). At this point, if you still require the item, we advise placing a reorder, ensuring you use the full and correct postcode.

IRELAND & ROW (Online shop)

We hope to open up our online shop to Ireland & the rest of the World but currently delivery prices are prohibitive.

Delivery costs for custom kit are as follows;
