Play Tag Rugby for FREE for a Year Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • This promotion is open to registered players only.
    • Participants must be active members at the time the referral is submitted and at the time rewards are issued.
  2. How to Qualify
    • Players can receive one year of tag for free when they successfully introduce a sponsor who becomes an official Try Tag Rugby brand partner.
    • A referral is deemed successful only when the sponsor signs a sponsorship agreement with a minimum value of £10,000.
  3. Reward Structure
    • The eligible player will receive the equivalent of 1/11th of the team fee for one team, per season, for five (5) seasons.
    • The eligible player will also receive the equivalent of 1/11th of the team fee for one social tournament. 
    • Rewards will be applied once the sponsorship agreement is fully executed and payment has been received from the sponsor.
  4. Reward Redemption
    • Rewards will be issued via the player’s online statement and automatically applied against relevant team fees.
    • The reward is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
    • Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the qualifying player.
  5. Limitations
    • The reward applies to one team per season only, regardless of the number of teams the player participates in.
    • The reward applies for five consecutive seasons and cannot be paused, transferred, or extended.
    • Only one player may claim the reward for each confirmed sponsorship; multiple claims for the same sponsor are not permitted.
  6. Verification & Validity
    • The organisation reserves the right to verify the origin of the referral and confirm the referring player.
    • If a referred sponsor has already been in contact with the organisation or is an existing or returning partner, the referral may be deemed ineligible.
  7. General Conditions
    • The organisation reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
    • Participation in this promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
