Try Tag Rugby announces partnership with Payr to benefit its playing community

Try Tag Rugby has announced a new UK wide partnership with Payr, a flexible rent payments platform designed to help people pay rent in a way that works better for them.

The partnership is rooted in a shared focus on adding genuine value to everyday life. With Payr, Try Tag Rugby players can pay rent using their credit or debit card, giving them the option to spread the cost if needed, earn rewards or cashback from their card provider, and set up payments that fit around them, whether it’s a regular rent cycle or a one-off payment.

For a community made up largely of professionals and renters, this partnership reflects something many players are already doing every month. The difference is now they can be rewarded for it.

All Try Tag Rugby members will receive access to discounted rates with Payr as part of the partnership. The aim is simple: make life a little easier, and a little more rewarding, for our people.

Rosa Amato, Partnerships and Events Manager at Try Tag Rugby said:

“At Try Tag Rugby, everything starts with people. Partnering with Payr is about adding real, practical value to our community, rewarding our players for something many of them already do. It’s a partnership driven by shared values and a genuine desire to make life a little easier, and a little more enjoyable.”

Adam Watson, Commercial Director at Payr added:

“Rent is most people’s biggest monthly cost — so it should be easier to manage and more rewarding. We’re thrilled to partner with Try Tag Rugby and give members discounted access to Payr, bringing more flexibility, control, and the chance to earn rewards from payments they already make. The partnership forms part of Try Tag Rugby’s wider approach to working with brands that align with the values and deliver meaningful benefits to its players.”

Further details on member benefits will be shared with the Try Tag Rugby community in the coming weeks.
