Kick-offs vary between 6.45pm and 40 minutes before sunset. Over the last four weeks the first fixture may be as early as 6.30pm. Ask prior to registering if your team requires early or late kick-offs.

Entry to the league is by individual registration only (you can request to play in the same team as one other person). Teams will be selected with a mix of experience, creating a friendly social atmosphere where all players get to know each other on and off the pitch throughout the season. Male player must turn 40 on or before 25/04/24 to be able to join the league. Female player must turn 37 on or before 25/04/24 to be able to join the the league. The following scoring rules will be in play: Trys are worth one point - One extra point if a try is scored by a woman - One extra point if a try is scored by anyone over 50 - Two extra points if an over 60 scores a try E.g if a woman over 60 scores a try, it’s worth 4 points
