SOUTHERN & MIDLANDS REGIONALS 2025
The Southern & Midlands Regionals tournament is the official warm-up tournament for UK Tag Nationals teams from Brighton, Bristol, Coventry & Warwickshire and Thames Valley. This is a scaled back event where the main purpose is to provide competitive training games.
DATES, TIMES AND VENUE
- Date & time – Saturday, 15th March. 9.30am-6pm
- The day will be split into two sessions with teams required on site either from approximately 9.30am – 2pm or 1.30pm-6pm. Exact times for each category will be confirmed in January once we have the confirmed number of team entries.
- Venue – Park House School, 239 Andover Rd, Newbury, RG14 6NQ
- The venue features male & female changing rooms, plus classrooms will be available for teams to base themselves during the day.
- Surface – 3G artificial grass (no specific footwear requirements other than usual TTR rule of no metal studs)
- First Aid and water refill points in changing rooms.
- Venue map & pitch layout – To be added closer to the time.
We have reduced the risk of cancellation by booking a venue with 3G pitches. However, with a small risk of snow or bad weather affecting this event, we recommend travelling to and from Newbury on the day.

Newbury is centrally located between the four competing regions.
- Train – Newbury station is approximately 5 minutes drive from the venue. 1-2 buses per hour run from the station to near the venue.
- Taxis – Uber & other taxis are available in Newbury
- Parking – Some free parking is available on site & in nearby streets. We recommend car pooling if you are planning to drive.
