20th July 2024
10:00 am - 20:00 pm
Brighton Rugby Club, Waterhall Rd, Brighton BN1 8YR

TagFest Brighton 2024 is taking place for the first time on Saturday 20th July and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome the Try Tag Rugby community to Brighton & Hove this summer. The tournament has sold out with 24 teams from across the UK taking to the pitch to compete for the silverware.

Our city is famous for excellent eateries, great nightlife, and lots of activities such as sea-swimming, kayaking, hiking and much more so along with playing Tag Rugby, there is a real opportunity to make this a social weekend away for your team, and make the most of what this destination seaside city has to offer.

TOURNAMENT
The tournament including games and presentations will be held at Brighton Rugby Club on Waterhall Road. Trains to Preston Park and Brighton stations take just over 1 hour from London and leave players a short taxi ride from the venue. If teams are arriving by car, the venue is conveniently located right off the A23 as you come in from London and there will be parking available on site.

Throughout the tournament, there will be multiple bars serving food and drinks to keep you fed and “watered” throughout the festival. Players will be able to get the party started at the rugby club before heading into town to experience the Brighton nightlife. Presentations will take place pitch-side once all games conclude.

THE AFTER PARTY
Our community here in Brighton & Hove is super social so we are delighted to announce that we have an epic after-party booked at the famous seaside nightclub The Tempest (159 Kings Rd, Brighton BN1 1N) overlooking the iconic West Pier from 8:30pm – 3am. Our private DJ will be pumping the tunes out until the wee hours making this a party to remember!

If alcohol is your thing, we highly recommend all visitors order a round of ‘Tuaca’ when you visit the bar. Although be warned, it might make it a night you’ll forget or wish you could remember…
