DELIVERY POLICY

 

DOMESTIC (Online shop)

UK delivery is charged based on the weight and contents of your order.

£4.95 (up to 999g)
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

£5.95 (1kg or more)
Orders are sent via DPD Next Day Tracked service. You will receive tracking information and a delivery time slot from DPD.

Orders containing a ball, regardless of total order weight, are sent via DPD Next Day Tracked service.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and do not form part of a contractual guarantee.

DOMESTIC – Delivery time (Online shop)

Orders placed before 2.00pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the next working day. Dispatch times are a guide only and may vary during busy periods.

Once dispatched, delivery is typically expected within 1–2 working days, depending on the courier service used. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including the correct postcode.

Where an order is delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund until the item is returned to us. Once the item is received back, we will refund the cost of the goods only (excluding original postage costs).

If you still require the item, a new order will need to be placed using the correct delivery details.

IRELAND & ROW (Online shop)

We hope to open our online shop to Ireland and the rest of the world in the future. At present, international delivery costs are prohibitive, so we are unable to offer this service.
