LONDON SUPER LEAGUE FORFEIT POLICY
FORFEITS
Try Tag Rugby is committed to ensuring every scheduled match goes ahead, even when your team is struggling to raise a full squad. You should always make an effort to get all available players to show up, and if less than the required number of players show up, a social match can still be run.
If your team cannot field a team, Try Tag Rugby must be notified as per the procedure below. Teams that forfeit on late notice will be heavily penalised.
Try Tag Rugby categories instances where your team does not have the minimum required number of players for a match to remain competitive, as follows:
Forfeit: Your team does a no show for their fixture (provides 2 or fewer players with no prior notice) OR notifies Try Tag Rugby that they will be unable to fulfil their fixture..

PENALTY FEE PAYMENT
If your penalty fees are not paid by KO the following week, you will be disqualified from the season.
FORFEIT COMPENSATION
Please note if your opposition forfeits, you are only entitled to the refund of a game if no friendly fixtures can be organised. If you refuse a friendly match as you do not wish to play, you will not be eligible for a refund.
FRIENDLIES
Friendlies and how they are organised are the same as always, though we have made a small adjustment. If a forfeit takes place before 2pm on matchday, we will contact teams and do our best to organise a friendly, if your teams have back to back matches (Mixed & Womens for example, with one scheduled to be a friendly), you will find out at the pitch wherever or not the match will go ahead. If your teams have a 45 minute gap in between matches, you will be notified at 5pm whether or not we have been successful in organising a match for you. This eliminates the need to hang around unnecessarily.
