On Saturday, Try Tag Rugby brought together franchisees and management staff from across the UK for the first-ever Try Tag Rugby National Conference, held in Leeds.

The event aimed to celebrate success stories, share best practice, and learn from one another as we continue to strengthen and grow the Try Tag Rugby network.  Ultimately, the focus was on how we can continue to deliver great experiences for players across the country.

Guest speaker Mark Rasche, who has more than 30 years’ experience in sports franchising, shared insights and practical tips on sustainable growth. This was one of many sessions that sparked discussion and new ideas throughout the day.

The National Conference is planned to become an annual event, giving all Regions a chance to connect, collaborate, and help shape the sport’s direction together.

“The conference is an important step in our ongoing journey – bringing our franchisees and partners together to share ideas, celebrate success, and keep driving the game forward. The collaboration and energy in the room showed the strength of our community and the exciting future we’re building together.”
– Alistair Davis, Co-Founder, Try Tag Rugby
