RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to online purchases only.

RETURNS & REFUNDS (ONLINE SHOP)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. You may inspect items as you would in a retail environment. Please include your proof of purchase where possible, or the return form included with your order.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns, refunds will include the cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge originally paid (excluding any delivery upgrades). The cost of returning the item to us is the customer’s responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
  • The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for using the correct postage method
  • Refunds or exchanges can only be processed once the item has been returned to us

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, delivery costs will be refunded where a full refund is due.

Please include the completed return/exchange form supplied with your order. If you no longer have this, include a note explaining the reason for return.

IN-PERSON PURCHASES

Returns and exchanges are not available for items purchased at our venues or events. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please return it using the details above within 28 days of receiving your order. Subject to availability, and provided the item/s are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale, we will dispatch a replacement item. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund for the returned item will be issued. Custom-made items, including team kits such as UK Tag Nationals or Great Britain kits, or any other custom-made products, cannot be exchanged.

MISSING ITEMS OR ORDERS

Any items missing from your order, or orders that do not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, should be reported to us as soon as possible and ideally within 14 days of the expected delivery date (for in-stock and non-pre-order items). Reports made after this time may limit our ability to investigate the issue with the courier or arrange a replacement promptly, particularly where delivery has been confirmed.

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including the correct postcode.

Where an order is delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund until the item is returned to us. Once the item is received back at our dispatch facility, we will refund the cost of the goods only (excluding original postage costs).

If you still require the item, a new order will need to be placed using the correct delivery details.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
